EARLY CHILDHOOD & ELEMENTARY
The Early Childhood and Elementary grades program schedule
is as follows:
• Monday Pre-K & Kindergarten – 3:30-4:30 pm
• Wednesday 1st & 2nd grades – 3:30-4:30 pm
• Friday 3rd & 4th grades – 3:30-4:30 pm
MIDDLE SCHOOL GRADES
For the Middle school grades, there is a sports program that coincides
with leagues in the area. The schedule is as follows:
• Session I Tuesday & Thursday – 3:35-4:30 pm
• Session II Tuesday & Thursday – 4:30-5:30 pm
 (3:35-4:30 will be study period for homework)
• Session III Tuesday & Thursday – 3:30-4:30 pm
AFTER SCHOOL MUSIC
Thanks to a generous gift from O. DiBella Music in Bergenfield,
the Hovnanian school has several instruments which can be loaned
to students who participate in the after school music lesson program.
This service is offered to encourage students to try an instrument
without the parents incurring the cost of rental. The instruments
include flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets and violins. Instruments
will be loaned for a period of one month. If the student wants to continue
after one month, the loan can be renewed unless there is another student
who wishes to try the instrument.

OTHER PROGRAMS
• KID'Z BALLET – Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles! Children
will delight in this class that focuses on the fundamentals of Barre
Centre, Adagio, and Allegro.

• KID'Z MUZIK – "Mr. Joe & Carmen", the creative forces behind
Kid'z Muzik, combines Mr. Joe’s extensive music and performance
experiences with Carmen’s special international, dance and theatrical
expertise. Mr. Joe writes and plays the music and Carmen writes
the lyrics and designs the musical themes and costumes.

• KID'Z THEATRE – Kid’z Theatre offers children the opportunity
to explore their imagination, improve their self-confidence,
and most importantly, experience a fun and rewarding outlet
for their creativity.

• LOGO – The Logo Class will teach your children that there is more
to the computer than games and social networking. Meeting once
a week for 45 minutes in the computer room, we will explore computer
language.

• SPANISH SESSION TWO – This class offers to familiarize students, from
Pre-Kindergarten to Eighth Grade, with the Spanish language. Through
interactive language activities, games, songs, and rhymes, beginners
will grasp the basics of Spanish.

from Pre-Kindergarten to Eighth Grade, with the Spanish language.
Through interactive language activities, games, songs, and rhymes,
beginners will grasp the basics of Spanish.

• SPORTS – Come and be a part of a wide range of exuberant activities
that will be fun and challenging. Students will participate in vigorous
games over the three sessions: Obstacle courses, basketball, relay races,
soccer, scooter games and many more.
